What we collect
- Name — for certificates and the Freestyle board.
- District — Belize district or “Not in Belize.”
- Optional gender — only if you choose it.
- Game scores — especially Freestyle results.
- Technical basics — like IP used for rate-limiting spam on the leaderboard.
What’s public
Freestyle Hall of Fame entries show your name, district, and score. Don’t enter personal info you don’t want public.
Microphone & speech
When you use the mic, audio is sent to our speech provider (Deepgram) so the game can check what you read. We use that for live gameplay. Leaderboard saves are score data only — not your audio.
Where it’s stored
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Freestyle scores are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Some progress also stays in your browser (local storage) on your device.
Kids
If you’re a child, play with a parent or guardian. Don’t put full real names or private details on the public board.
Removal
